This isn’t Lindy. I really didn’t like this routine at all. And watching them practice their “swivels” made me cringe. Sure, they technically did two lindy aerials but the rest was pretty much jumping around the stage and doing tandem Charleston but not actually being in tandem.

Lets make fun of them.

1.) Not actually lindy, I propose a campaign called, “where’s the swingouts.”

2.) A more appropriate title would be jitterbug in my opinion

3.) Theyre outfits suck

4.)They have ugly outfits

5.)The costumes distract me

Why Women Take Forever To Shop

A few weeks ago, I receive a text from a guy friend of mine: “Can you come to the mall and buy me new pants? Mine ripped at work and I cannot leave the store.”

I asked if he wanted me to stop at his house and grab some from his closet, and he told me he had none left. He ripped two pairs at swing somehow.

So, I show up at his job and he said “get me black pants, this is my size.” He hands me a piece of paper with two numbers on it. I’m confused because in my experience, the body buying clothes needs to be there, but whatever. This is my quest. My journey. I might get a heart container or a bottle after this.

I go to the men’s department, a place I’ve never been before.

The black pants were all in one section. I matched the numbers and bought the pants, returned them to my friend. And lo and behold, they fit.

What is this madness?! My pants are all sorts of numbers, some even, some odd, some have had to be altered, and I purchased them ONLY after trying on 30 different pants first, yet a boy can tell a completely random person a set of numbers and that pant fits perfectly?

I demand an overhaul of the women’s pants fitting system, please. Thanks.

I’ve been dancing since the very last week of August. I went to my first exchange a few weeks later since it was a local one, and then went to a workshop about two months later. I loved it! It’s amazing how quickly one gets hooked…
